Mentoring is an extremely important part of the Outtatown program. Mentoring happens in our program in four main ways: through intentional one-on-one conversatinos(each student is paired with a mentor), peer mentoring groups, small groups and informal conversations.
And after three and half long weeks of waiting the GREAT announcement was made! Through a series of improv games students had their mentors revealed to them.
